With an In-house installation, one can access the software while outside the office using a public IP address provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). With all necessary precautions taken while setting up the public IP (firewall rules), users can have access to their data anywhere anytime.
Employees working in out-of-town branches are able to access the system and perform operations as if they were in the main office. All data is monitored the same and reports include all data from the main office and remote offices.

When implementing WakiliCMS for a client, we normally customize items such as fee notes, receipts, court attendance sheets and print-outs. Specific reports can be customized to meet a client’s needs when a request is made. In the future we intend to have give clients the option to create custom reports by themselves and then shared them with all users.
When implementing WakiliCMS for a client, we train end users individually or in a group (e.g. clerks, advocates etc). Our Help File is updated whenever new modules are added or when existing modules or processes change. We’re also happy to schedule additional one-on-one training for users as needed.
WakiliCMS has an automatic backup program working in the background that backs up your data daily with no user intervention. This backup is stored in either our offsite data server or a data server provided by the client.

All of WakiliCMS's infrastructure is hosted using physically secure, managed data centers that meet the rigid SSAE 16 specifications. Geo-redundant backups are performed multiple times per day, and site security and privacy are routinely audited by respected third parties.
We offer unlimited phone calls and email support from Monday - Friday (8.00AM - 5.00PM). We also carry out site visits to ensure that our clients are using the software in full and achieving full benefit of the system. Depending on the issue raised, the issue can be sorted within a few minutes upto 3 days depending on the complexity of the issue.
